Articulate
What does it mean to ARTICULATE learning for my students?
If I don't know what my goals and objectives are how on earth can I expect my students to learn anything? Call it "Backwards By Design", call it anything you want, bottom line, students and teachers need to be on the same page about their expectations. I think of articulation (my KUD's and learning targets) as a road map for both myself and my students. If we are using two different maps to navigate, or not using any maps at all we will never meet at the final destination.
